Why we built this

Small businesses shouldn’t need five vendors to get help.

ShipPoint Center and PointTech Pros grew from a simple realization: everyday services and modern business technology are often far more fragmented and complicated than they should be.

What started as frustration over spending half a Saturday driving between towns for shipping, printing, notarization, and returns evolved into a broader vision — creating a more connected, approachable experience for both individuals and small businesses.

Drawing from Victoria’s experience building highly service-oriented businesses and Milton’s background working across AI, cloud technologies, automation, and enterprise modernization, the goal became clear: combine practical everyday services with modern operational and technology support in a way that feels accessible, trustworthy, and genuinely useful.

Together, ShipPoint Center and PointTech Pros were built around a simple belief: everyday operations, customer support, and modern technology should work together more seamlessly for the people and businesses that rely on them every day.

Victoria spent nearly two decades building customer relationships in industries where trust mattered and details could not be missed — from managing nationwide B2B accounts at Yehuda Diamonds to growing Just Baked Sweets into a trusted Hudson Valley brand with more than 11,000 followers and a 98% recommendation rate sustained over eleven years.

That same approach now shapes the customer experience at ShipPoint Center. The goal is not simply to ship packages, but to build the kind of place people return to because they know the person behind the counter remembers them, follows through, and genuinely helps.

The shipping desk, the carrier handoffs, the mailbox program, the notary, the supplies — and the PointTech client scheduling next door — all get the same treatment.

Milton Bonilla · Co-founder

Milton spent 28 years at IBM, including the last seven as a Distinguished Engineer — a distinction held by only a small fraction of IBM’s worldwide technical organization. During that time, he worked across cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, operational systems, and enterprise-scale technology initiatives.

PointTech Pros grew out of a simple realization: small businesses often face many of the same operational challenges large organizations do — just without the teams, budgets, or technical support to solve them efficiently.

From websites and automation to operational systems and AI workflows, Milton now brings enterprise-level technology experience into a form that is practical, approachable, and genuinely useful for local businesses navigating modern operational challenges.
